1. Servicios
Ale Web Studio ofrece diseño y desarrollo de sitios web y landing pages. El alcance de cada plan (páginas, rondas de ajustes, plazos y soporte) es el que se detalla en la sección Precios, salvo que se acuerde otra cosa por escrito.
2. Presupuesto y pagos
- Los precios están expresados en dólares estadounidenses (USD). Si se abona en pesos argentinos, el tipo de cambio se acuerda antes de comenzar.
- Se abona el 50% para comenzar y el 50% restante al entregar el sitio, antes de su publicación.
- El dominio y el plan de hosting (por ejemplo, el plan de Framer) no están incluidos y quedan a cargo del cliente.
3. Plazos
Los plazos de entrega, expresados en días hábiles, comienzan cuando recibimos el pago inicial y el material necesario (logo, textos e imágenes). Si el cliente demora en entregar material o en responder, los plazos se extienden en la misma medida.
4. Material del cliente
El cliente declara tener derecho a usar los textos, imágenes, logos y marcas que nos entrega y se responsabiliza por ellos.
5. Revisiones
Cada plan incluye una cantidad de rondas de ajustes. Una ronda es un conjunto de cambios sobre el diseño acordado. Los cambios adicionales o que modifiquen el alcance original se presupuestan aparte.
6. Propiedad intelectual
Una vez abonado el 100% del proyecto, el cliente obtiene el derecho de uso del sitio entregado. Ale Web Studio puede mostrar el trabajo en su portfolio, salvo pedido en contrario. Las fuentes, íconos, plantillas y herramientas de terceros se rigen por sus propias licencias.
7. Soporte posterior
El soporte posterior al lanzamiento cubre la corrección de errores del trabajo entregado durante el período que incluye el plan. No incluye nuevas funciones ni cambios de contenido.
8. Cancelación y reembolsos
Si el cliente cancela, el pago inicial no se reembolsa por el trabajo ya realizado. Si Ale Web Studio no puede completar el trabajo, devolverá la parte proporcional correspondiente a lo no realizado.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
Ale Web Studio no garantiza resultados comerciales específicos (ventas, posicionamiento o visitas) y no es responsable por interrupciones de servicios de terceros, como Framer, registros de dominio o Cal.com.
10. Uso de este sitio
Está prohibido usar este sitio para actividades ilícitas o que afecten su funcionamiento. Sus contenidos pertenecen a Ale Web Studio y no pueden copiarse sin autorización.
11. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina. Ante cualquier conflicto, las partes intentarán resolverlo de buena fe y, de no lograrlo, se someten a los tribunales ordinarios de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

1. Services
Ale Web Studio offers website and landing page design and development. The scope of each plan (pages, revision rounds, delivery times and support) is the one described in the Pricing section, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Quotes and payments
- Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD). If paid in Argentine pesos, the exchange rate is agreed before starting.
- 50% is paid to start and the remaining 50% on delivery of the site, before it is published.
- The domain and hosting plan (for example, the Framer plan) are not included and are paid by the client.
3. Delivery times
Delivery times, expressed in business days, start when we receive the initial payment and the necessary materials (logo, texts and images). If the client is late providing materials or replying, the times are extended accordingly.
4. Client materials
The client declares to have the right to use the texts, images, logos and trademarks provided to us and is responsible for them.
5. Revisions
Each plan includes a number of revision rounds. A round is a set of changes to the agreed design. Additional changes, or changes that alter the original scope, are quoted separately.
6. Intellectual property
Once 100% of the project has been paid, the client obtains the right to use the delivered website. Ale Web Studio may show the work in its portfolio unless asked otherwise. Third-party fonts, icons, templates and tools are governed by their own licenses.
7. Support after launch
Post-launch support covers fixing errors in the delivered work during the period included in the plan. It does not include new features or content changes.
8. Cancellation and refunds
If the client cancels, the initial payment is not refunded for work already done. If Ale Web Studio cannot complete the work, it will refund the proportional part corresponding to the work not done.
9. Limitation of liability
Ale Web Studio does not guarantee specific business results (sales, rankings or visits) and is not responsible for outages of third-party services such as Framer, domain registrars or Cal.com.
10. Use of this site
Using this site for unlawful activities or in ways that affect its operation is prohibited. Its contents belong to Ale Web Studio and may not be copied without permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In case of any dispute, the parties will try to resolve it in good faith and, failing that, submit to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
